Sunday Mornings

Our Sunday morning worship is a traditional Lutheran Liturgy with occasional special music on piano, flute or church choir.

 

Seasonal Worship

Midweek Advent Worship

In order to prepare our hearts for the coming of the Christ Child on Christmas, we have 3 Advent Worship Services at 7 p.m. on the three Wednesdays before Christmas.  The week directly before Christmas, we have the Collinsville Praise Band come and lead us in a time of meditation on the texts and song.

Midweek Lenten Worship

These worship opportunities prepare our congregation for Christ’s crucifixion and resurrection.  They offer a quite time of evening prayer and reflection.  We hold our midweek Lenten Services on Wednesday nights from 7- 7:45 p.m. beginning Ash Wednesday.  We observe Maundy Thursday Worship and Good Friday worship as well in Holy Week.

Choir

We have a church choir who meet throughout the academic year after church on Sunday mornings to rehearse.

Weekly Sunday School

We have a weekly adult Sunday School which this year has been wrestling with issues of faith and science.  Come and join us at 10 a.m. on Sunday mornings for interesting discussion and Bible Study.
